Resetting your Password

If you forget your password or wish to change it, follow the steps below:

1. Click 'Forgot password?' on the login page, as shown in Figure 1 below.

2. Input username/registered email address and click 'Send Request', Figure 2 & 3.

3. The user will receive an email with instructions to reset their password, Figure 4. The user has 48 hours to complete this task, otherwise the steps 1 & 2 will need to be repeated.
