Editing Customer Details

Where customer details appear

  • We recommend that customers include the Group/Clinic details in this section. They will be seen by patients in the PDF reports and the request emails they receive (for image uploads & video calls)

  • Any fields can be left blank and therefore will not show up on the PDF report

  • Only the Group/Clinic Name will be included in the email requests. If this is left blank it will default to ‘your eye care provider’.

How to edit customer details

  • This information can be edited by any local/global admins in the ‘Admin’ tab of AOS.
